Sessions

Individual therapy

Weekly or fortnightly sessions for adults working through anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief or a big change in life.

Individual therapy is a regular, confidential space that belongs entirely to you. We meet at the same time each week or fortnight, and you bring whatever feels most alive, heavy or confusing that day. Over time, patterns become clearer and change starts to feel possible.

This can help with

  • Anxiety, worry and panic

  • Burnout, stress and exhaustion

  • Grief, loss and big life transitions

  • Low mood, self-criticism and self-worth

  • Relationship patterns that keep repeating

What a session looks like

Sessions last 50 minutes. There’s no script and nothing you need to prepare. Some weeks we’ll talk through what happened since we last met; other weeks we’ll slow right down and stay with one feeling or memory. If practical tools would help, we’ll build them in together.

Practical details

Sessions take place in a quiet, private room or online by secure video. Most people start with weekly sessions for the first couple of months. We review how things are going together every six to eight weeks, and you can pause or stop whenever you choose.
