Who I am
This website belongs to Iris Calder, an integrative psychotherapist in private practice. I am responsible for the personal information you share through this site and in our work together.
What I collect
I only collect what I need to reply to you and to provide therapy safely:
Your name, email address and phone number, if you share them
The message you send through the contact form or by email
Basic information needed to arrange and pay for sessions
How I use it
I use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments and keep in touch about our work. I never sell your information or use it for marketing.
Clinical records
Brief session notes are kept separately from this website, stored securely and retained only for as long as my professional body and the law require.
Confidentiality and its limits
What you share in therapy is confidential. In rare situations, such as a serious risk to your safety or someone else’s, or a legal requirement, I may need to share information. I will always try to talk with you first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, subject to any legal record-keeping duties. Just email me and I’ll respond within a month.
Analytics and third-party tools
If you add analytics, booking or payment tools to your site, describe here what they collect and link to their privacy policies.
